Who needs sleep?

A photo heavy blog post is coming your way.  This week was full of playtime, lots of talking, a little bit of rolling and not a lot of sleep.   But Robert seemed to smile through it (at least for parts of the week anyhow!) and as long as he's smiling, I'm in pretty good shape.  We spent the week catching up with some friends - some of which are pictured below.

Robert is still loving the jumperoo and getting some serious jumping in these days!

 

 

 We had a playdate on Friday with Robert's friend Skylar and cousin Cole...

 

 

 

The two littler ones were intently watching big boy Cole play.  Skylar even giggled at Cole, it was pretty adorable!

 

 

 

 

 

 Now that he's mastered finding his feet, no socks are safe!

 

Robert has been trying out the Bumbo every once in awhile.  He'll play there for short periods of time.  His chubby little thighs are probably going to phase him out of there pretty soon!

I caught a photo of Robert right after he rolled from his back to belly for the first time earlier this week!  This morning he rolled both ways so we could both see it! I think he was holding out on his dad coming home to show off his tricks ;)

Robert playing with his buddy Riley.  So funny that babies this age already want to grab hands - I guess they will grab whatever they can!! :)

 

Moving update:
The home inspection went really well on our Roanoke house, so now we are just counting down til the mid-June closing and in the meantime beginning to wrap up things in our house here, arrange for movers, etc.
